We ship worldwide via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Estimated shipping time does not include production time for custom orders.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
