All Sales Are FinalDue to the handmade and highly customized nature of our products,
we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect due to our error
Damaged or Defective ItemsIf you receive a damaged or defective item, please:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Describe the issue and provide your order number.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit if appropriate.
What Cannot Be ReturnedWe do not accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned without prior contact
Lost or Delayed PackagesWe are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses. If a package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim, but refunds will only be issued if the carrier confirms the loss.
